Today the Media Research Center (MRC) announced that it entered into an Agreed Order of Dismissal with the government ending its lawsuit to block enforcement of the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) Health and Human Services (HHS) mandate, which forces people of faith to subsidize health insurance plans that include abortion inducing drugs, contraception, and sterilization.

At the Media Research Center’s annual gala, featuring the “DisHonors Awards” – a week ago tonight – MSNBC’s Krystal Ball “won” the “#obamacarefail Award” for declaring conservative opposition to ObamaCare “a national disgrace” by those okay with people dying so long as it serves the goal “of hurting this President and denying him a victory.”

Football fans know you don't want to spend a whole game on the wrong side of the 50 yard line. At the Values Voters Summit on Friday, MRC president Brent Bozell said it's time for conservatives to go on offense.

On Thursday evening before hundreds of conservative activists gathered for the 2014 Media Research Center Gala, radio host and author Mark Levin joined the likes of Brit Hume, Rush Limbaugh, and the late Tony Snow on Thursday evening by becoming the latest honoree to receive the MRC's William F. Buckley Jr. Award for Media Excellence.

Chris Stevens was not murdered by terrorists because he died, reportedly, of smoke inhalation.

Paul Bedard of the Washington Examiner has been dogging the compilers of the formerly prestigious New York Times best-seller list for trying to deny best-seller status to conservative authors. First it was Dinesh D’Souza’s book America.

Now it’s David Limbaugh’s latest book Jesus on Trial. He reports the Times crew has “banished conservative legal author David Limbaugh’s latest, Jesus on Trial, from its upcoming best seller list despite having sales better than 17 other books on the list.”

On the opening of her Saturday night show “Justice with Judge Jeannine,” Jeannine Pirro laid into President Obama and his “mumbo-jumbo” about ISIS.

“I’ve been telling you for some time that President Barack Obama is not up to the job,” she said.

MRC president Brent Bozell appeared on The Kelly File on Fox News Channel on Friday night to address how State Department deputy spokesman Marie Harf whacked Fox star Bill O’Reilly on Twitter.  

After O’Reilly knocked chief State press aide Jen Psaki as out of her depth of Fox, Harf  tweeted that Psaki "explains foreign policy w/ intelligence & class. Too bad we can't say the same about @oreilly factor."
