Huffington Post: America ‘Dying a Violent Death’ Due to NRA and Other ‘Gun Valorizing Groups’
June 22, 2015, 6:44 AM EDT

In the aftermath of tragedies like the horrific murders in South Carolina, people turn to their ministers for guidance. It is hoped that they will receive the wisdom of God, untainted by the political stump speeches of the outside world. Unfortunately, that's not what you're going to get from Harvard ministers writing for The Huffington Post. Jonathan L. Walton, a minister and "Plummer Professor of Christian Morals" at Harvard University, clouded any spiritual message with an anti-gun rant.

"Let's face it. Our nation is dying a violent death, and the National Rifle Association and other gun valorizing groups will be etched across the death certificate."

Daily Beast: North Carolina Guilty of 'George Wallace' Bigotry on Gays
June 14, 2015, 8:55 AM EDT

Though they pride themselves on embracing new ideas and leading the nation to new progressive heights, the cultural left’s arguments have been reduced to tired old memes. Case in point is the Daily Beast’s commentary on North Carolina’s new religious freedom law, which allows government officials to opt out of performing weddings if it goes against their religious beliefs.

By allowing magistrates to recuse themselves from weddings that violate their religious beliefs, says Michael Tomasky, North Carolina’s legislature and “extremist governor” have engaged in legal discrimination at “the level of George Wallace defying integration, albeit without the pulse-quickening, schoolhouse-door histrionics.”

Daily Beast: Early Christian Martyrs Were 'Gender-Bending Heroes'...Like Caitlyn Jenner?
June 9, 2015, 7:56 AM EDT

It is common knowledge that the conservative Christian community is one of the biggest bulwarks against the rising tide of the radical LGBT agenda. This might explain why the Daily Beast brought out Candida Moss of Notre Dame to undermine this opposition by claiming that many “Christian martyrs...blurred the line between male and female.”

According to Moss, “Jenner is a transgender woman, a Republican, and a Christian. At least two of those identifiers have a storied history: gender-bending Christian heroes are nothing new."

WashPost: 'Many Americans' Applaud Jenner, But Right Wing Takes 'Apocalyptic' View
June 7, 2015, 2:12 PM EDT

The media’s glorification of Bruce Jenner’s sexual confusion would not be complete without an attack on conservative voices. Enter the Washington Post’s national political reporter Robert Costa and national political correspondent Philip Rucker, who do their best to portray conservatives as “apocalyptic” fear mongers losing touch with reality.

On Friday’s front page, the Post reported “Transgender celebrity has social conservatives taking apocalpytpic view.”

Salon on Iraq: Right-Wing 'Elite White Men' Can't Get Over the Cold War
May 30, 2015, 6:36 AM EDT

In light of the media’s blitz of Iraq War “gotcha questions” on Republican candidates in general and Jeb Bush in particular, Salon’s Heather Cox Richardson decided to reveal the true origins the Iraq War: conspiratorial Cold War-obsessed rich white men. She spun the tale of "the biggest blunder in American history — and the right wing’s obsessive need to cover it up."

Daily Beast: 'Hero Judge' Rules Abstinence-Based Sex Education Is 'Illegal' in California
May 17, 2015, 2:04 PM EDT

They don’t observe any pretense of objectivity at the Daily Beast with a headline like “Hero Judge Rules Abstinence-Only Sex Ed Is Illegal.” The sexual revolution was the one of the foundational layers of 1960’s leftism. But “national reporter” Kate Briquelet came along much later.

In the course of her celebration of this “groundbreaking decision,” Briquelet showcased the shouts of joy from other leftist groups, such as the ACLU, who called the ruling a “huge victory for students.”

At Huff-Post, Gay Activist Wants Texas Punished Like Indiana for Pushing 'Religious Liberty'
May 17, 2015, 7:27 AM EDT

Michelangelo Signorile, the radical satellite radio host who told a professing gay man to drink arsenic because he voted for Mitt Romney, is using his post as Editor-at-Large at the Huffington Post to urge Apple boss tim Cook to do to Texas what big businesses, the media and the homosexual Left did to Indiana: smear and boycott them for protecting the First Amendment rights of its clergy.

The headline was “Why Tim Cook Should Threaten to Shut Down Apple Campus Amid Texas Anti-Gay Crusade.”

WashPost: Blame GOP Districts for Amtrak Funding Struggle
May 16, 2015, 7:02 AM EDT

With at least seven dead and hundreds more injured in Tuesday’s Amtrak crash, many in the nation have paused for a moment to lament and pray for the dead and wounded. The same cannot be said for Philip Bump of the Washington Post, who rushed on Wednesday to note “House Republicans had planned to spend Wednesday marking up a transportation spending bill that included steep cuts to the budget for Amtrak, the federally funded passenger train service.”

Bump explained why these cut-cut-cut Republicans wanted to cut Amtrak: their constituents don’t use it.

MSNBC Exploits 10-Year Old Rape Victim To Promote Abortion
May 8, 2015, 2:56 PM EDT

If there is one thing liberals in the media love it is exploitation. If there's another thing the leftist media loves it is promoting abortion. One should not be surprised then to see MSNBC's Thomas Roberts exploit the rape of a 10-year-old girl to call for the abortion of her child.

Roberts kicked off the topic by noting, "Human rights [are] organizations calling on officials in Paraguay to allow a 10-year-old, let me repeat, a 10-year-old rape victim to end her pregnancy."

Jon Stewart Pandering to Liberals: 'Let's Get Rid of Ted Cruz'
May 8, 2015, 7:59 AM EDT

Jon Stewart of The Daily Show is no stranger to trashing conservatives, while hiding behind the guise of a court jester. This time, he set his set the tone of his show with a game he called “Let's get rid of Ted Cruz."

Stewart showcased a clip of CNN’s Dana Bash asking Sen. Cruz to provide examples of Obama’s racial tension. This was apparently so preposterous that the Daily Show host pretended to read the book War and Peace. "And you know, Ted, while you struggle to be specific, I'll read a little something just in case it takes you a while."

Salon: We Need to Talk About Pro-Life 'Terrorism'
May 6, 2015, 9:49 AM EDT

The pro-abortion crowd is getting desperate. With public opinion slowly shifting away from their favor, and the  number of abortion mills closing, it seems their days are numbered. According to Salon, com there is only one thing left to do about the pro-life movement: "more people, media and academics in public discourse, need to talk about this as terrorism — because that’s what it is."

MSNBC Crew Hypes 'Very Highly Controversial' Muhammad Art Event -- Even Controversial Ayman Mohyeldin
May 5, 2015, 11:40 AM EDT

While covering the attempted murder of the attendees at the American Freedom Defense Initiative’s (AFDI) draw the Prophet Muhammad contest, MSNBC host José Díaz-Balart made sure on Monday that his audience was familiar the group’s "controversial" character.

In fact, the word "controversial" appeared no less than five times while the story was featured. Controversial NBC reporter Ayman Mohyeldin, the former al-Jazeera staffer who implied that American Sniper hero Chris Kyle was a racist who conducted killing sprees, called the assembly a "very highly controversial event" which was organized by "highly controversial figures."

Par for the MSNBC Course: Time Writer Blames Baltimore Riots on '50 Years of Income Inequality'
May 2, 2015, 7:40 PM EDT

While reviewing the Baltimore mayhem on Thursday’s Morning Joe, Ben Goldberger of Time magazine said that these riots were just like the those of the 60's. “For nine months now we've all been covering and talking about the sort of spasms in Ferguson and North Charleston, in New York. And they're all prompted by policemen's conduct, but that's the result, not the cause.”

Few people in the world are gifted as much as the media in tracing riots back to economic inequality. “The causes are much deeper, far more systemic, and they are 50 years of income inequality and inequality of opportunity and those are the very same things that people were protesting and even rioting for 50 years ago."

Joy Reid: Young Man Told Me Baltimore's Oppression is Almost Like Gaza
May 2, 2015, 7:36 AM EDT

The mayhem in Baltimore provoked many responses from many people. Perhaps most outrageous, however, is MSNBC’s Joy Reid claim that a man on the street compared the situation to Israel and the Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip.

Huff Po: Don't Worry! Bernie Sanders Is the Good Kind of Socialist
May 1, 2015, 12:04 PM EDT

For the first time since Norman Thomas, America finally has a viable self-proclaimed socialist presidential candidate in the form of Senator Bernie Sanders. However, the Huffington Post tells us not to panic. After all, Sanders is not just a socialist.  He’s a “democratic socialist.” That makes it okay.

MSNBC's Hall Lets Guest Compare Gay Marriage Plaintiffs to Interned Japanese-Americans in World War II
April 30, 2015, 6:56 AM EDT

While covering the Supreme Court’s oral arguments on Tuesday, MSNBC anchor Tamron Hall hosted GLAAD President Sarah Kate Ellis and Josh Schiller, one of the lawyers responsible for overturning voter-approved homosexual marriage bans in California and Virginia.

Hall sat silently as Schiller compared his gay plaintiffs as "targeted minorities" that somehow resemble Japanese-Americans rounded up and placed in internment camps during World War II. That happened.

Scarborough Mocks GOP Voters as Drunks: We Make ‘Horrible Decisions Every Four Years'
April 29, 2015, 6:30 AM EDT

Occasionally Morning Joe can be quite eclectic. When watching the show, one could be following a clear trail of logic, only to be blindsided by a burst of absurdity. Such was the case with Monday’s broadcast, in which Joe Scarborough compared Republican voters to drunks.

While critiquing Hillary’s prospects for the presidency in the face of the Clinton Foundation scandals, Joe suddenly jumped onto a Republican bashing tangent, "I say this to Republicans all the time, cause we’re the ones who usually make really really bad choices. Please put down the whiskey and car keys...And we always make these horrible decisions every four years."

Mika: Loretta Lynch Delay Was Politics Played 'Very Badly, Poorly, Just Ridiculously' by GOP
April 26, 2015, 8:01 AM EDT

On Friday, Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski had a little outburst over how Loretta Lynch, the prosecutor with "the most amazing, outstanding career," had been delayed from her ascension to high office by a fight over abortion language in a human-trafficking bill, otherwise known as politics being played very badly, poorly, just ridiculously on the part of the Republicans."

Heilemann: Hillary is 'Running Against the Press,' Which She Rightfully Believes to 'Hostile' to Her
April 25, 2015, 7:36 AM EDT

Apparently the media’s overt sympathy for Democratic candidates is so taken for granted that anything less than glowing adoration and cooperation is viewed as hostile. That’s at least one explanation for John Heilemann’s odd evaluation of Hillary Clinton’s campaign launch.

According to Heilemann of Bloomberg Politics, Hillary is fighting a two front war. "She’s running against herself And she’s running against the press...the Clintons’ relationship with the press has never been great. She’s believes the press corps is incredibly hostile to her. She has some reason to believe that the press corps is unduly or disproportionately hostile to her...she is been subject to not that flattering of press coverage....[S]he got something in that week that I don't think I've seen her ever have before....[S]he had mockery."

Mika: Boehner's Probe of Hillary's E-Mails is 'Political From Every Angle'
April 24, 2015, 9:29 PM EDT

While Mika Brzezinski is leftist enough to be an Elizabeth Warren fan girl, this has not stopped her from being a vocal critic of Hillary Clinton's e-mail scandal. However, if her treatment of John Boehner's attack on Hillary's e-mail practices is any indication, Brzezinski seems to believe that only a select few can legitimately criticize Hillary.

Brzezinski kicked off the discussion by noting that "it does seem like there are a lot of politics involved" with Speaker Boehner's openness to the possibility of subpoenaing Hillary's e-mails for the sake of the Benghazi investigation.
